Role Description
We are looking for a Head Waiter who takes genuine pride in their craft, leads with authority and warmth, and understands that exceptional hospitality is built on knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to make every guest feel like the most important person in the room.
The missions:
- Own and lead the restaurant floor to the highest standard of five-star service
- Ensure a seamless, memorable guest experience from first contact to farewell
- Lead, inspire, and develop the front of house team
- Take full responsibility for the quality, pace, and flow of every service
- Lead wine service with confidence — recommending, presenting, and serving with expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or a highly experienced senior waiter ready to step up
- A background in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-end restaurant environments
- A five-star service mindset — impeccable standards, guest-focused, and detail-oriented
- A solid working knowledge of wine is a firm requirement — you must be comfortable guiding guests through a wine list and making confident, knowledgeable recommendations
- A Sommelier diploma or equivalent formal wine qualification is a significant advantage and will be weighted heavily in our selection process
- Strong leadership presence
- Fluent English and Swedish
- Eligibility to work in Sweden
