Responsibilities
– Define and drive F&B strategy across multi-brand portfolio – city hotels and resort properties
– Work closely with the Commercial team to co-develop F&B concepts and brand direction as new properties are added to the portfolio
– Own P&L performance across all F&B outlets: revenue, cost management, and profitability targets
– Lead F&B concept development and menu direction, translating brand positioning into tangible guest experiences
– Build, coach, and retain high-performing F&B teams across properties; develop internal talent pipelines
– Set brand-consistent service standards while preserving each property's distinct identity
– Contribute to pre-opening F&B planning and setup as the group continues to expand
– Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and beverage standards across all properties
Required skills and experiences
– 10+ years in hospitality F&B, with at least 3 years at the management level.
– Hands-on experience in managing & developing F&B
– Proven track record managing F&B across multiple properties or brands simultaneously
– Strong commercial acumen – you read a P&L as fluently as a menu
– Comfortable working cross-functionally, especially with Marketing and Brand teams on concept development
– A genuine people-leader: you develop careers, not just shift schedules
Preferred skills and experiences
– Candidates with experience from premium resort brands are highly preferred, especially those experienced in resort pre-opening and multi-property operations
– English proficiency is an advantage
