Job Title – Head of Events
Location – Pune
Job Description –
We are looking for a highly creative, execution-focused, and business-driven leader to head our Experiential Marketing & Events Vertical. The role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact experiences that drive footfalls, engagement, customer acquisition, and bookings across Krisala's residential, commercial, and township developments. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with commercial acumen and possess a proven track record of delivering large-scale launches, activations, and customer engagement initiatives that generate measurable business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities –
- Lead execution of project launches, broker meets, investor events, and site activations
- Design experience-led concepts aligned with brand positioning and buyer psychology
- Drive footfall → engagement → conversion pipelines through events
- Collaborate deeply with Sales teams for closure-focused execution
- Own end-to-end event lifecycle (concept → execution → conversion tracking)
- Manage agencies, vendors, and large-scale logistics
- Elevate site offices, sample flats, and launch environments to premium standards
Must Have Skills–
- Strong expertise in Experiential Marketing, Event Management, Brand Activations, and Customer Engagement.
- Proven experience in executing large-scale real estate launches, sales events, investor events, or premium experiential campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour, event-led lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets, agencies, vendors, and multi-location event execution.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and execution capabilities.
- Ability to connect marketing initiatives directly to business outcomes, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.
Preferred Skills –
- Experience in Event Services, Real Estate, Hospitality, Luxury Brands, Retail, Experiential Marketing, or Large-Scale Consumer Businesses.
- Proven track record of handling launches generating significant sales outcomes and high customer footfalls.
- Strong vendor ecosystem across event production, experiential design, technology, entertainment, and hospitality partners.
- Experience in designing premium customer journeys and immersive brand experiences.
Educational Background –
- MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution.
