Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of a diverse portfolio of large-scale corporate and luxury events.
- Team management lead, mentor, and scale an internal team of event managers, coordinators, and technical producers.
- Vendor & partner management, source, negotiate with, and manage top-tier local and international suppliers, fabrication teams, and AV vendors to ensure premium delivery.
- Manage comprehensive event budgets, maximize profitability, control costs, and oversee P&L for the events department.
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, translating their vision into flawless operational reality.
- Ensure all events strictly adhere to Dubai Tourism (DET) regulations, DTCM ticketing laws, and strict health and safety standards.
Experience:
- 8+ years in event management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within an agency or event services business.
- Deep, proven knowledge of the Dubai/UAE events landscape, venues, local regulations, and premium supplier networks.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
- A calm-under-pressure crisis manager who thrives in fast-paced, live-event environments.
- Flawless English communication skills (Arabic fluency is a massive plus).
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by the event calendar.
