Role Description The Head of E-commerce and Quick Commerce in F&B will lead Bhumiik’s online and rapid delivery channels, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and owned digital properties. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and includes responsibility for category management, pricing, promotions, and portfolio optimization for the brand’s food and beverage products. The role involves coordinating with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate listings, inventory availability, and timely order fulfillment. Daily tasks include monitoring platform metrics, managing partner relationships, analyzing sales data, and implementing growth initiatives to improve customer experience and revenue. The Head of E-commerce and Quick Commerce will also train and guide the team, maintain compliance with food safety standards, and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including product positioning and category management in online and quick commerce channels.
- Understanding of Food Safety standards and regulatory requirements relevant to FMCG and packaged food products.
- Proven Team Leadership and Training experience, with the ability to build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on enhancing the end-to-end digital buying experience and managing customer feedback.
- Experience in e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (e.g., marketplaces, grocery delivery apps), including performance analysis and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills; prior experience in FMCG or F&B brands preferred.
