St Mary’s, a senior boarding and day school for girls, and St Margaret’s, a co-educational prep school and nursery for children aged 2–11, share a beautiful 27-acre campus. We are seeking an outstanding Head of Catering to lead our highly regarded catering operation, serving approximately 1,000 meals each day alongside an extensive programme of hospitality, events and functions.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the future of catering at St Mary's and St Margaret’s. You will lead an established team, drive standards, inspire innovation and ensure that food remains a central part of the pupil and staff experience.
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded catering professional with a passion for fresh food, exceptional service and developing high-performing teams. Whether your experience has been gained in education, hospitality, hotels, events or contract catering, you will bring strong leadership skills, financial acumen and a commitment to delivering excellence.
