Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head-Concepts & Events based in Gurugram. The individual will be responsible for designing creative event concepts, managing end-to-end event execution, planning budgets, and ensuring events run seamlessly. Additional responsibilities include leading a team, fostering client relationships, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to event-related sales strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management, with a proven ability to execute events of varying scale successfully
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Experience in Budgeting and resource management to ensure effective allocation of funds for events
Proficiency in Sales strategies, with a track record of contributing to business development and client acquisition through events
Leadership skills to manage and mentor a team effectively, ensuring high performance and collaboration
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight timelines
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 10 to 15 years.
