We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee catering and food service operations within an international camp environment in Equatorial Guinea.
This is a leadership position requiring strong culinary expertise, operational management experience, and the ability to manage multinational teams while maintaining high food safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily catering and kitchen operations.
• Supervise food production and menu planning.
• Maintain HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and purchasing.
• Lead and train kitchen personnel.
• Prepare operational and cost reports.
• Maintain quality, safety, and service standards.
• Support staff development and training initiatives.
• Coordinate with operational management teams.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Head Chef.
• Strong culinary and food production skills.
• Experience managing teams and kitchen operations.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in camp, industrial, offshore, or multinational catering environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work within remote or operational environments.
