Role Description The Corporate Guest Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of Reception, Helpdesk, Switchboard, Floor Hosting and Guest Services of a global HQ. This role manages the front-of-house team, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment and consistently high service standards across reception, switchboard, concierge, help desk, and meeting room operations. The Guest Services Manager coordinates scheduling, supports onboarding and training, and provides ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members. They handle client queries and escalations, collaborate with catering and facilities partners, and monitor service quality, appearance, and operational procedures. The role also involves innovation and elevation of service, reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interpersonal engagement with guests and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or corporate reception environment, with a focus on high-quality guest experience.
  • Knowledge of hospitality service and etiquette, with the ability to liaise effectively with catering teams and support meeting and event requirements.
  • Experience in training front-of-house staff, including coaching, mentoring, and supporting continuous service improvement.
  • Sales awareness and the ability to promote services, build client relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance the overall offering.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, reception, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office and reception systems (e.g., phone switchboards, visitor management software, meeting room booking tools).
  • Flexibility to work standard business hours with occasional adjustments to support events or client needs.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in hospitality, customer service, or business management are beneficial.
