Riley Hotel Group is currently seeking part- and full-time Guest Service Representative to join their team in Key West, Florida! In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest’s requests.

Pay: Dependent on experience
The right candidate will have:
- 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred
- Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends
- Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic
Our Guest Service Representative will:
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
- Answer guests’ questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready
