Position: Guest Service Front Desk Agent Needed
Experience the excitement of working at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino as a Front Desk Agent. We seek individuals passionate about providing outstanding service to our guests in Calgary.
In this role, you will directly contribute to guest satisfaction by facilitating efficient check-ins and check-outs. A minimum of two years in a full-service hotel is required, along with computer proficiency in Microsoft applications. You must be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays, in our 24/7 operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly greetings and service to guests
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Respond to telephone and personal guest inquiries
• Ensure timely delivery of guest requests
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of hotel experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with OPERA PMS system is an asset
• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous
• Must be aged 19 or older
