Position: Guest Service Agent for Omni Hotels
Join The Omni King Edward Hotel team in Toronto as a Guest Service Agent, creating exceptional guest arrivals and experiences. Responsibilities include welcoming guests and managing their inquiries with warmth.

In this vital role, you will facilitate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring every guest feels valued at The Omni King Edward Hotel. Collaborate effectively with hotel departments, and resolve concerns promptly to maintain high standards of service. A flexible schedule is necessary to accommodate various shifts based on hotel occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empathetically respond to guest inquiries

• Block rooms and set up key packets for arrivals

• Maintain confidentiality of guest information

• Document and resolve guest complaints efficiently

• Generate daily and weekly reports as needed

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Opera software is a plus

• Must be available for all shifts including weekends

• Excellent communication skills required

• Previous customer service experience needed

• Cashiering experience is preferred
