We are seeking an accomplished Guest Relations Manager to join a world-class hospitality destination renowned for its exceptional guest experiences, personalized service standards, and commitment to luxury hospitality excellence.
This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in Front Office and Guest Relations operations, who are passionate about creating memorable guest journeys, building meaningful guest relationships, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Guest Relations Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury resort or five-star hotel environment
• Strong background in Front Office and Guest Relations operations
• Expertise in VIP guest handling, guest recognition, service recovery, arrivals & departures, and personalized guest experiences
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest satisfaction management
• Proven ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and service excellence
• Proficiency in a European language is highly preferred
