Job Summary:

As a guest relations executive, the candidate will be responsible for researching for guests to be

invited for a flagship podcast hosted by AIM. Along with this, the candidate will also be

responsible for researching and inviting guests for multiple events organised by AIM and will be

the primary source of contact for the guests and will have to take care of their needs and

requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Guest Interaction: Serve as the main contact for guests, addressing their inquiries,

requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

● Stay in touch with PR firms: You will have to stay in touch with PR firms, understand

their needs and be their primary source of contact and represent AIM between the PR

folks.

● Personalized Service: Provide personalized service to guests by anticipating their

needs, offering recommendations, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.

● Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy

and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining guest satisfaction.

● Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback through surveys, direct interactions, and

reviews to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.

● Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service and

coordination.

● Special Requests: Manage and fulfill special requests or arrangements for guests, such

as room preferences, dietary needs, or special occasions.

● Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and

complaints, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.

● Research on Guests: Stay up-to-date with market trends and trending news and follow

AI & startup ecosystem to find out people whose story will most resonate with our

audience.

Qualifications:

● Experience: Proven experience in a guest relations or PR role having worked in an

established PR firm for 2-3 years

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong

ability to listen and respond effectively to guests.

● Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable

demeanor and the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.

● Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult

situations calmly and professionally.
