Experience: min. 1 yr. experience in guest handling / front office role & Admin related role

Shift: 9:00AM to 6:00PM & 10:00AM to 7:00pm (6 days working / 1off during weekdays)

Preferred industries: Hospitality, Aviation, Real Estate.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Provide upscale guest experiences to clients / Guests visiting the site office.
  • Ensure guests/ clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
  • Monitoring daily updates from Sales Team and Pre Sales Team and ensuring Client Slots are assigned.
  • Coordinate Inventory (Pantry, stationery, Brochures, etc,.)
  • Give accurate feedback to the Sales Officer post Sample unit visit.
  • Ensure special guests receive personalized attention. (VVIP's , Celebrities, Politicians, NRI's etc)
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and Team
  • Expected flair for communication, with the ability to decimate information in an accurate manner.
  • Monitering & supervising the Housekeeping team to ensure cleaniness & hygiene of Front office / Lobby area.
  • Participating and Coordinating with other teams in the planning and Execution of events that happen at the site, ensuring smooth execution.
