As part of their growth plans, they are looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to drive corporate partnerships, generate business opportunities, and strengthen their B2B presence.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest interactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities include addressing client needs, assisting with sales queries, coordinating schedules, and performing receptionist duties as required.

Qualifications

– Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.

– Manage guest reservations, bookings, table allocations, and walk-ins efficiently.

– Coordinate with restaurant/bar operations teams to ensure smooth guest flow and service.

– Address guest queries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

– Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.

– Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and proactively resolve concerns.

– Maintain accurate reservation records and guest databases.

– Assist in special occasions, VIP guest handling, celebrations, and event coordination.

– Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely service delivery and a seamless dining experience.

– Support day-to-day operational requirements whenever required.

– Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of guest-facing areas.

– Collect guest feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.

– Promote ongoing offers, memberships, events, and experiences to guests.

Requirements

– 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, F&B, or a similar role.

– Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

– Presentable, confident, and customer-centric personality.

– Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.

– Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

– Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as per hospitality schedules.

– Knowledge of reservation systems and basic operational coordination is preferred.
