Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests warmly and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Build positive relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on special requests.
- Support VIP guest arrivals, events, and special occasions.
- Uphold company standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong presentation and grooming standards.
- Positive attitude, service-minded, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.
