Job Title – Guest Relation Executive

Location – Pune (Jambhul /Baner/ Tathawade)

Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and presentable Guest Relation Executive to be the face of Krisala Developers and deliver exceptional experiences to all visitors, customers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome, managing front office operations, coordinating customer interactions, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality across our sales offices and experience centers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist all walk-in customers, channel partners, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor registrations, call handling, and appointment coordination.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain visitor records, daily footfall reports, and MIS for management review.
  • Ensure reception and customer-facing areas are well-maintained and aligned with the company's hospitality standards.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly while escalating issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
  • Support events, project launches, and customer engagement activities at sales galleries and experience centers.
  • Ensure adherence to company protocols and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in front office management and visitor handling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining reports/MIS.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Hotels, Aviation, Retail, or Customer Service industries.
  • Experience handling HNI/UHNI customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exposure to CRM systems and customer engagement initiatives.

Educational Background

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline from a recognized institution preferred.
  • Candidates from Aviation, Tourism, or Customer Service backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Degree from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution preferred.
