Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Agent role based in Bucharest, Romania. The Guest Relations Agent serves as a primary point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome, efficient check-in and check-out, and clear information about hotel services and local attractions. Responsibilities include managing reservations and room allocations, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests, and coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay. The role also involves handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally, maintaining accurate records, and following hotel policies and procedures. The Guest Relations Agent supports the overall guest experience by anticipating needs, delivering personalized service, and upholding brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering high-quality, guest-centered solutions.
- Background in Guest Relations, including handling inquiries, special requests, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and front desk administration.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Romanian or other European languages, are an advantage.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems and standard office software is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and courteous in busy or challenging situations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
