Manage lodge services as a Lodge Coordinator for Greenstone Gold Mines in Geraldton, Ontario. This role involves ensuring efficient service contracts with a focus on guest satisfaction, on a 4 days on / 3 days off basis.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your task is to be the main contact for lodge operations. You will maintain high standards in service delivery while managing relationships with contractors and lodge staff. Efficiency in contract management and understanding operational logistics are keys to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee lodge contract and service performance
• Develop strong working relationships with service contractors
• Resolve lodge-related issues as the primary liaison
• Monitor and enhance performance of lodge services
• Prepare comprehensive service reports and audits
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 5 years of operational experience in remote lodges
• Experience in travel logistics is an asset
• Previous experience in mining preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
