Position: GoodLife Fitness Club Attendant Role
Become a key player as a Club Attendant at Good Life Fitness, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all Members. Your focus will be on maintaining facility readiness and enhancing the Member experience through friendly interactions.
As a Club Attendant, you’ll maintain cleanliness and order throughout the club, actively engaging with Members during your shifts.
Your role includes general upkeep like washing towels, stocking supplies, and performing routine equipment checks. You will exhibit strong communication skills and demonstrate a warm, approachable demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure club cleanliness and member readiness at all times
• Wash and fold towels to meet member demand
• Empty garbage cans and maintain change room cleanliness
• Engage positively with Members throughout the workout area
• Report maintenance needs immediately for timely response
Requirements:
• Hold CPR-A & AED certification
• Organizational skills with time management focus
• Strong communication abilities with Members and associates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Initiate tasks with a sense of urgency
