“`GENERAL MANAGER“`
“`DUTIES“`
– Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
– Demonstrates both the ability and desire to work the busiest days and times of the week to best support the staff, on both weekends and holidays
– Maintain restaurant cleanliness to the highest industry standards
– Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff members
– Develop, train, and coach existing staff members
– MS suite experience, POS experience, TOAST experience is a plus
– Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, electronic
– Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
– Demonstrate excellent communication with staff, management team and vendors
– Maintain and organize repair and maintenance of all restaurant equipment and premises – Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and production
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
– Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
-Ability to organize and complete special projects effectively and efficiently
“`EXPERIENCE“`
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
– Strong knowledge of general restaurant operations
– Ability to train and develop staff into effective leadership roles.
– Experience in food preparation and production
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in cash handling procedures
– Knowledge of hospitality management principles
