Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Denver Metropolitan Area for a General Manager at Encore Catering & Culinary Services. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop and execute growth strategies, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities also include budgeting, maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and optimizing customer experiences to exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Team Leadership and Staff Management skills, with strong ability to motivate and oversee diverse teams
- Operational Management skills, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Financial and Budgeting skills, including monitoring budgets and maximizing profitability
- Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills, with a focus on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards in food preparation and handling
- Experience in Event Planning and Custom Menu Coordination is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or catering industry is highly desirable
