Filiberto’s is looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Full-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team! We’re seeking someone who leads by example, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing excellent customer service while helping our team succeed.
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience (DOE)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and support team members
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
- Handle cash management and daily deposits
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stocking
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Work alongside the team during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Food handling experience preferred
Schedule
- Full-time
- Primarily day shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Additional hours as needed to support business operations
