Multi-billion $, boutique hedge fund with magnificent offices in NYC with a great culture, is seeking a college educated, pro-active Front Office Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience out of a reputable hedge fund or investment management firm.
Greet visitors. Oversee all office operations. Deal with vendors and building managers. Maintain kitchen and office supplies. Serve as liaison for IT related issues. Manage office logistics and conduct research. Support executives with calendaring, travel coordination and research.
Must be extremely polished, professional, pro-active and self-confident with a strong desire for success both personally and financially.
Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of OM experience out of a hedge fund or PE firm.
Proficiency in MS Office required. Word, Excel, Outlook. Concur.
Base salary up to 125-175K DOE plus bonus and sensational benefits.
