Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Manly, NSW. As the Front of House Venue Manager, you will oversee daily operations in the front of house, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming experience for all patrons. Responsibilities include managing and training front-of-house staff, coordinating customer interactions, overseeing food and beverage service, managing sales targets, and maintaining high operational standards. You will act as a key point of contact for both guests and staff, ensuring the smooth running of the venue while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven Venue Management Experience (3 years+)
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with patrons and staff
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, with knowledge of best practices in service and presentation
- Proficiency in Training staff to enhance team performance and ensure consistency in service
- Sales skills to manage targets, maximise revenue, and support business growth
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Previous management experience in a hospitality or deli environment is highly desirable
- A passion for food, customer engagement, and creating memorable dining experiences
