FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGERS (JUNIOR & SENIOR) Our client is seeking motivated, outgoing, and client-focused Front of House Managers at both Junior and Senior level to join their dynamic restaurant and functions team in Bryanston! Location : Bryanston, Johannesburg Salary : Junior: R18,000 – R20,000 | Senior: R25,000 – R28,000 Essential Qualifications: – Junior: 1-3 years FOH or hospitality experience – Senior: Minimum 5 years senior FOH or hospitality management experience – Computer literacy – Own transport & valid driver''s license – Strong command of English (verbal and written) Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Service: – Ensure guests are greeted courteously and service exceeds expectations – Anticipate and resolve customer needs and complaints swiftly – Ensure effective and speedy service delivery and queue management – Maintain a high profile with guests and staff throughout all FOH areas Operations & Standards: – Maintain and enforce FOH service and operational standards – Conduct systematic checks of all FOH areas for maintenance requirements – Ensure all FOH staff are uniformed and fully prepared for duty – Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and SA legislation – Senior level: Control stock, conduct stock takes and manage company assets People Management & Training: – Liaise effectively between FOH and BOH team members – Ensure regular on-the-job training takes place for all staff – Senior level: Hold staff accountable and discipline accordingly – Implement quality control programs and maintain strong client relationships Administration & Reporting: – Balance cashier sales control sheets daily – Submit accurate and timeous operational and administrative reports – Monitor industry trends and make implementation suggestions – Contribute to growth and profits through effective administration
