Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Erbil for a Front of House Manager. The role involves overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff schedules, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Additional responsibilities include training staff, handling customer feedback, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. The Front of House Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and adhering to established restaurant standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to foster positive relationships with both guests and team members.
- Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage operations to ensure seamless service and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring staff to provide excellent guest experiences and adhere to restaurant protocols.
- Sales acumen with the ability to implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in restaurant management tools and technology is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
