What You’ll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume, upscale setting
- Train, coach, and inspire a hospitality-focused team
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
What You Bring
- Three years minimum of Management experience in full service, upscale casual or fine dining
- Strong leadership and guest service mindset
- Ability to develop and motivate a team
- Genuine passion for hospitality and growth
