Based in the Winelands of Cape Town, this position is from Wednesday to Sunday – no evening shifts.
POSITION INFO:
A well established wine farm with a Restaurant, are looking for a trustworthy, reliable and proactive Manager to assist this busy establishment. Role Includes: Managing the Chefs in the kitchen – ordering, food cost and staff Managing the Front of House staff – training and hands on training Guest Relations – build excellent relations with guest, suppliers and visitors If you have experience within the hospitality industry, a solid understanding of Front of House management and passionate about customer care, we would like to hear from you.
