Position Summary
As the Evening & Night Audit Hotel Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person during the late hours, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and is ready to step into a leadership position. You’ll oversee everything from guest satisfaction to security, making a real impact on the hotel’s nightly performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Be the friendly face and problem-solver for guests during evening and overnight hours.
- Hotel Supervision: Oversee all aspects of the hotel, including security, housekeeping, and front desk operations.
- Project Management: Tackle evening and overnight projects to keep the hotel running smoothly.
- Desk Management: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk duties with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ownership: Take pride in the role by ensuring every guest interaction and hotel operation reflects our high standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a front desk agent in a hotel setting. Prior supervisory experience is not required—we’re looking for someone ready to step up and grow!
- Personality: Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with guests and team members.
- Initiative: A self-starter who takes ownership of their responsibilities and thrives on independence.
- Growth-Oriented: A desire to learn and advance in hotel management, whether here at Spark by Hilton or in your future endeavors.
Compensation
- Starting at $14 per hour. No-on call time (unless agreed upon in unique situations).
- Performance matters! Increased guest scores and revenue will play a big role in your pay evaluation at the 90-day mark.
