The Front Desk Manager’s duties include overseeing front desk operations and ensuring guests are given superior guest service in regards to reservations, room assignments, transportation, and guest requests.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Degree in hospitality field preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years experience in high-end customer service. One year in hotel industry preferred. Supervisory experience required. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, cash handling, and PMS preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork. Must be able to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.
Licenses and Training
Required:
Class IIIA Gaming License;
Title 31;
Sexual Harassment;
Safety and Hazardous Material. Must be able to obtain a Class IIIA license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
