Front Desk Guest Services Agent

Holiday Inn Express is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Guest Services Agents to join their team in Madison, Ohio! In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest’s requests.
Schedule
- 3PM – 11PM shift
- Sunday through Saturday
- Weekend availability is a must
- Part time and Full time available
The right candidate will have
- 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred
- Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends
- Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic
Our Front Desk Guest Services Agent will
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
- Answer guests’ questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready
