Position: Front Desk Agent (Summer Seasonal)

About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, you welcome guests to the property, providing exceptional service during check‑in, stay, and departure. This role supports the Front Office Department and reports to the Front Office Manager.

Hourly Wage
: $23.00 – $24.25

What You Will Do

  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, in‑house events, directions, and more.
  • Respond to guest requests accurately and timely, both in person and by phone.
  • Resolve guest complaints and find opportunities to personalize the service experience.

What You Bring

  • One+ years’ experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Cross‑cultural sensitivity and strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Focus on guest centricity and understanding preferences.
  • Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.
  • Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport.
  • Bilingual candidates, current Four Seasons employees, and those with prior luxury‑hotel experience receive priority consideration.
  • Strong command of English, both written and oral, required.
  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must have current work authorization in Canada.

Schedule & Hours

The front desk is open 24/7 throughout the year. The Front Desk Agent must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
