Freelance Logistics Sales Agent
Oman Market
VostokLog UAE is expanding its GCC logistics network and we are looking for a Freelance Logistics Sales Agent to support our growth in the Oman market.
VostokLog UAE is a Dubai-based logistics coordination company supporting importers, exporters, distributors, contractors, manufacturers and trading companies with:
- Air freight
- Sea freight FCL / LCL
- Road freight
- GCC road transport
- Cross-trade shipments
- Import and export cargo movements
Our Dubai operation team coordinates shipments through approved freight forwarding, carrier, customs clearance and delivery partners across the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.
We support cargo movements between Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, GCC countries, Europe, Asia, Turkey, India and the USA.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in Oman
Approach companies by phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
Generate qualified freight inquiries
Collect shipment details from clients
Coordinate with our Dubai pricing and operation team
Follow up with clients and support long-term business relationships
Target clients:
- Food and FMCG importers
- Cosmetics and personal care distributors
- Medical equipment suppliers
- Oil & gas suppliers
- Industrial spare parts companies
- Construction material suppliers
- Machinery and equipment trading companies
- Hotel, restaurant and catering suppliers
- Manufacturers and exporters
- General trading companies
Ideal candidate:
- Based in Oman or strongly connected to the Oman market
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, trading, procurement, import/export or B2B sales
- Existing business network in Oman is an advantage
- Comfortable with cold calling, WhatsApp follow-up, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Able to generate qualified RFQs
- Professional English is required
- Arabic is an advantage
