Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Development Executive based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The responsibilities of this role include identifying and developing new franchise opportunities, designing and implementing business plans, establishing relationships with potential franchisees, and driving franchise sales. The role also requires overseeing project management tasks and ensuring that the franchise network aligns with the company's international standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities and develop strategic insights
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development
- Experience in Project Management and operational oversight
- Proven ability in Sales, especially within the franchise or automotive industry
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and franchise operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently while achieving objectives
