The Opportunity

Coppin Centre is looking for enthusiastic Food Services Assistants who take pride in creating a positive dining experience. If you enjoy handson work, value teamwork, and love engaging with people, this role offers a meaningful way to contribute every day.

You’ll help ensure residents receive nutritious, wellpresented meals while supporting a warm, welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining clean and inviting dining areas
  • Preparing, plating, and serving meals in line with the Food Safety Program
  • Ensuring meals meet individual dietary and specialised nutritional requirements
  • Providing friendly, professional service during meal times

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in hospitality, food services, or aged care (preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Reliability, organisation, and a commitment to safe and hygienic practices
  • A genuine desire to support and engage with older people

Mandatory Requirements

  • Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Proof of Covid19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouraged
  • Food Handling Certificate
