POSITION OBJECTIVE:

  • Organize and operate efficient breakfast and lunch services Monday-Friday
  • Maintain all documentation for claims submitted to the Arizona Department of Education
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and factual records on each student for direct certification list from ADE
  • Greet students, parents, teachers, and visitors to create a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment.
  • Create and maintain working relationships with parents/guardians.
  • Respond to emails and any record request needed in a timely fashion.
  • Enforce and exemplify school policies and procedures.
  • Translate (Spanish) for our population of non-English speakers as needed.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (positions in this class typically require):

  • High school diploma and some college preferred
  • IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required
  • Excellent computer skills, including the use of Google (all applications), Excel, and Email
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Professional dress and good communication skills.
  • Great customer service skills, including outstanding phone etiquette
  • Sustained standing and walking in support of the front office and school
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required
  • Food Handers Card required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Positions in this class typically require: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.

Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, odors, chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, and intense noises.
