Position: Food Service Role at Chinook Winds Lodge

This part-time role in Carstairs, Alberta, reports to the Dietary Supervisor and encompasses food service and preparation. You will uphold a high standard of cleanliness and successfully navigate dishwashing responsibilities. A flexible and friendly demeanor is crucial in creating a pleasant atmosphere for the Lodge’s residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve well-prepared meals to Lodge residents
• Ensure food service areas are clean and hygienic
• Participate in dishwashing and kitchen organization
• Collaborate with dietary staff daily
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
• Culinary experience in a commercial setting preferred
• Completion of Food Safety training is an asset
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Clear criminal record check required
• Physically fit for demanding tasks
