Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Food Server for a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY. The Food Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, guiding customers about menu offerings, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with Food & Beverage handling, including serving and adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Knowledge of Food Service operations and a basic understanding of Cooking are preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset but not required.
