We are looking for a strong, disciplined, hands-on operator to lead our production floor. This is not an office role. This role is for someone who leads from the front, works with the team, and drives speed, discipline, hygiene, and output.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily food production and packing operations
- Manage and direct a team of 7+ production staff
- Ensure production targets, packing output, and shift deadlines are achieved
- Own daily cleaning, sanitation, and end-of-shift shutdown
- Monitor product quality, batch consistency, and food safety standards
- Handle machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting
- Allocate manpower based on bottlenecks and workload
- Reduce wastage, downtime, and inefficiencies
- Ensure proper stock movement, FIFO, labeling, and traceability
- Report daily production numbers, issues, and action plans
Must Have
- 3–5+ years experience in:
- Central kitchen
- Food manufacturing
- Airline catering
- High-volume food production
- Strong leadership and floor discipline
- Experience with food safety / HACCP systems
- Experience with packing lines, prep flow, and team scheduling
- Comfortable getting hands dirty and working under pressure
Salary
AED 5,500–6,000 + performance bonus after probation
(Based on experience + performance)
