Our portfolio includes seasonings, stocks, premixes, sauces, fruit purees, juices, syrups and other B2B food ingredient solutions. Operating from our certified production facility in Klang, we work closely with food manufacturers, restaurant chains, distributors and brand owners to develop products that meet both technical and commercial requirements.
About the Food Ingredients Sales Role
We're looking for an energetic sales professional to grow our food ingredients business.
The role focuses on developing and managing B2B accounts within the food manufacturing sector and chain accounts, including food manufacturers, OEM producers, contract manufacturers and industrial processors and key chain accounts.
You will be responsible for driving sales of Tropicor's ingredient products and solutions while building strong relationships with customers across R&D, purchasing and operations teams.
This is an opportunity to join a growing food ingredients company and play a key role in expanding our industrial customer base across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new industrial food manufacturing and chain accounts
- Manage and grow existing B2B customer relationships
- Promote Tropicor's portfolio of seasonings, stocks, sauces, fruit ingredients and food ingredient solutions
- Conduct customer visits, presentations and factory meetings
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer projects and product development opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the food ingredients industry
- Coordinate product sampling, quotations and commercial discussions
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary: RM6,000 – RM10,000 per month
- Attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food ingredients, food manufacturing, industrial sales or related B2B industries
- Background in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or a related field is an advantage
- Comfortable engaging with R&D, procurement and production teams
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
