We’re opening a five-star lifestyle boutique luxury hotel in the heart of vibrant Belgrade, a creative, artistic, energetic, and design-led destination created with leading international partners.
This is not a traditional hotel.

We are building a passionate Food & Beverage team that will create memorable moments across our restaurants, bars, and guest experiences. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic pre-opening team and help shape the service culture from day one.

* Barista
THE ROLE
Whether you are leading a team or delivering exceptional service directly to our guests, you will play an important role in creating unforgettable dining experiences.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Deliver exceptional, personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences.
* Ensure the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
* Build genuine connections with guests and anticipate their needs.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless daily operations.
* Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently present food and beverage offerings.
* Follow brand standards, service rituals, and operational procedures at all times.
* Support the successful opening of the hotel by embracing new standards, training, and continuous improvement.
* Contribute to a positive, energetic, and guest-focused team culture.
THE IDEAL PROFILE
* Previous experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, upscale bar, specialty coffee venue, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
* Experience in the position you are applying for is highly desirable, while leadership experience is expected for Head Waiter and Head Hostess roles.
* Pre-opening experience is considered a strong advantage.
* Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury environment while maintaining the highest service standards.
* Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and flexible approach.
* Fluent in English. Additional languages are considered a plus.
