Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Zakynthos for a Food & Beverage Service Supervisor. The position involves supervising daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and guest satisfaction, coordinating with staff, managing schedules, and maintaining the highest level of customer service. The supervisor is also responsible for training team members, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service best practices.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with attention to detail and time management.
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality management is preferred.
- A degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
