Mandoon Estate is looking for hospitality staff to work in the following areas:
- Wild Swan @ Mandoon Estate – Fine Dining Restaurant open 3 days/week
- Homestead Brewery – Fast paced gastropub & Brewery open 7 days/week
- The Llawn – Outside beer garden & delicatessen open Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays 11am – 5pm
- Functions – Weddings, corporate & social events
We are looking for the BEST – baristas, cocktail makers, wait & bar staff passionate about beer & wine, a professional attitude & BIG personalities.
The positions available will suit candidates who possess the following:
- Have a good understanding of what is required in the hospitality industry and a keen interest in learning more
- Have a current RSA
- Must be able to demonstrate a high skill level in all aspects of service
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for customer service with a friendly and genuine approach
- Attention to detail with a high standard of personal presentation
- Flexible availability
