The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all restaurant, bar, and event service operations, leading a motivated team and ensuring service standards consistently exceed expectations. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, you will play a key role in shaping memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Your Role As Food & Beverage Manager
- Oversee all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurant, bar, and events
- Lead, recruit, train, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
- Manage stock, ordering, and cost control to achieve financial targets and minimise waste
- Work closely with the Head Chef to align food and beverage offerings and deliver a cohesive guest experience
- Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Bring strong leadership, energy, and organisation to a fast-paced environment
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior supervisory role within a quality hotel or restaurant
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs and drive revenue
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on approach with attention to detail
