We’re looking for an energetic, servant-hearted Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and creating a culture where associates love coming to work.
This role is much more than managing a restaurant. You’ll lead our WXYZ® Bar, Re:fuel Market, banquet and meeting space food service, and special events while inspiring a team to deliver memorable experiences every day.
What You’ll Do
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll set the tone for our food and beverage operation by leading with positivity, accountability, and passion.
You’ll:
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Create exceptional guest experiences through outstanding hospitality.
- Lead daily operations across all food & beverage outlets.
- Build schedules, manage labor, inventory, and purchasing.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently exceeded.
- Partner with hotel leadership to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous leadership experience in food & beverage, restaurants, hotels, or hospitality.
- Leads by example and enjoys coaching and developing others.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
- Has strong operational and financial knowledge, including labor management, inventory, and food cost control.
- Is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
