Job Description
- Supervise daily operations of restaurants, cafés, bars, banquet services, and room service.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for efficient food preparation and timely service.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Train, motivate, and supervise service staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Minimize wastage and control operational costs.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS system operations.
- Assist in planning promotions, special events, and banquet functions.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Food & Beverage Service.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, or Clubs).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and guest relationship management skills.
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and hospitality software).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Certification in Food Safety or Hospitality-related training will be an added advantage.
