  • Coordinate Food and Beverage Services: Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service during events, banquets, or regular dining. Ensure customers receive high-quality service, and orders are correctly prepared and served.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Work closely with event managers or clients to plan and coordinate food and beverage requirements for events such as banquets, conferences, and weddings. This includes menu planning, special requests, and dietary accommodations.
  • Inventory Management: Track food and beverage stock levels, placing orders when supplies are low. Maintain a clean and organized inventory and ensure proper storage of products. Monitor food and beverage waste and work to minimize it.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving complaints or special requests promptly and professionally. Strive to exceed customer expectations, ensuring positive dining or event experiences.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor food and beverage costs and work with management to ensure financial goals are met. Help create and manage the budget for food and beverage operations, controlling expenses while maintaining quality service.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all food and beverage services meet local health and safety regulations. Oversee cleanliness and sanitation practices within the dining area, bar, and kitchen. Ensure staff are following food safety procedures.
  • Menu and Beverage Planning: Assist in developing menus, selecting beverages, and offering seasonal specials. Work with chefs, bartenders, and other culinary staff to create attractive and cost-effective menus that appeal to guests.
  • Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality standards for food and beverage products.
  • Promotions and Marketing: Assist with creating and implementing promotional strategies for food and beverage services. Work with the marketing team to create promotions that attract customers, such as happy hours, specials, or seasonal offerings.
