Position: Food & Beverage Compliance Manager Role
Join Fairmont Chateau Whistler as the Food & Beverage Compliance Manager, focusing on cost control and compliance initiatives across all dining venues. This full-time position lasts until December 2026.
You will be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence by adhering to established operational procedures in the food and beverage sector. Responsibilities include coordinating SAQ compliance, monitoring cost performance, and ensuring vendor compliance. Additionally, you’ll prepare regular reporting and collaborate on training initiatives to strengthen adherence to SOPs and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of Food & Beverage compliance throughout the year
• Ensure documentation maintains compliance standards
• Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs in outlets
• Review vendor contracts and purchasing standards
• Support inventory management and regular reporting
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• At least 3 years in food and beverage cost control
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel
• Preferred experience within a luxury hotel or resort
